No, they are not. The number of the words is calculated by the word soft which the words only are counted.

It takes about 7 working days concerning the documents, such as a certificate and a contract, but the due delivery of other documents and website etc. is notified after receiving your original manuscript.

By E-mail without your special request.

How much is the translation charge of a family register for one person?
A:
Basically, a copy of it is JPY 7,000, but when a birth certificate and a marriage certificate are included in a copy, it costs JPY 7,000 ×2=JPY 14,000.
In Home page translation, a copy of A4 size costs about JPY 35,000, when 700 the words are included.
